Susan joined the Home Start Colchester team in June 2015, firstly as a sessional worker and subsequently as a Project Coordinator currently employed to deliver the Home-Start Plus service.  Susan has over 17 years’ experience of working with families, delivering parenting, literacy and early years courses and workshops, in her previous role as a tutor, within Adult Community Learning, and now latterly providing one-to-one support to families. Susan is qualified to level 4 with her CERT ED, and has recently completed a Level 3 VRQ in The Management of Volunteers.
